Privacy Policy

Overview
Rackmaster is published by Wicked Engineer, LLC. This policy describes how the app handles information.
Your match, team, and player data stays on your device. We do not operate accounts or store that data on our servers. The app may show ads through Google AdMob; that service is described below.
Information we collect
Data you enter in the app (matches, teams, players, scores) is saved locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not receive or store this information on our servers.
We do not require an account, run our own analytics, or sell your match data.
Advertising. When ads are shown, Google AdMob may collect or receive information from your device as described in the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob & user data. This can include device identifiers, general location derived from IP address, ad interaction data, and similar technical data used to deliver and measure ads.
Advertising
Rackmaster uses Google AdMob to display ads. Ad formats may include:
- Banner ads on home and list screens
- Full-screen interstitial ads after you complete a match (subject to frequency limits)
Ads are not shown during active match scoring. We configure ad requests for non-personalized ads and a maximum content rating appropriate for general audiences. Google may still process limited data to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and compile aggregate reports.
Wicked Engineer, LLC does not control Google’s data practices. For questions about Google’s use of data, see Google’s policies linked above.
Device permissions
Photo library (iOS): Used only when you choose to save a match report PDF to your device. Rackmaster does not read or upload your photos for advertising or other purposes.
Network: Required to load advertisements. Match data does not require an internet connection to use core scoring features, but ads need a network connection when displayed.
Data sharing
We do not sell your match or roster data. Data you enter remains on your device unless you export or share it yourself (for example, via the system share sheet for a PDF report).
Google AdMob acts as a third-party service provider for advertising and may process data according to its own policies when ads are shown.
Your choices
You can limit ad tracking at the device level:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising (and related advertising privacy settings on your OS version)
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads (opt out of Ads Personalization, where available)
Deleting app data or uninstalling Rackmaster removes locally stored match information from your device. Ad-related data held by Google is governed by Google’s retention practices.
Data retention and deletion
Your scoring data remains on your device until you delete it through the app (Settings → clear data options) or uninstall Rackmaster.
Information processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s policies, not by Wicked Engineer, LLC.
Children
Rackmaster is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is intended for league and casual pool scorekeeping among adults and teens with parental consent where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, including if our advertising practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
